On the afternoon of September 6th, Jay Park visited the offices of “The Committee for Jeju Island’s New 7 Wonders of the World Campaign” and got the appointment certificate for honorary ambassador from Jung Woonchan, the chairman.
Jay Park, who is fairly active after returning this year as a solo artist, will be in charge of promoting Jeju-do to his domestic & international fans on and off line.
Jay Park, as the recently-named honorary ambassador, stated , “There’s not as much beautiful and varied attractions in US where I lived than the attractions offered by Jeju island.” and revealed his ambitions saying “I’ll be an active promoter and let the whole world know about Jeju Island.”
Jeju Island, attracted the attention of the public via ambassadors such as Park Jisung, Choo Sunghoon and Yoon Dohyun. The committee is hopeful that the campaign will get much more support around the world as Jay Park joins the roster of promotional ambassadors.
